Shipping costs depend on the chosen destination.

Mainland France & Europe:

Expect €4 for home delivery. Shipping is free for orders over €70.

Rest of the world & Overseas Departments and Territories (DROM-COM):

Shipping costs range from €10 to €30, depending on the country. Delivery is free for orders over €200.

After placing your order, our team prepares and dispatches your jewelry within 2 business days.

Mainland France & Europe:

Delivery within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Rest of the world & Overseas Departments and Territories (DROM-COM):

Delivery within 2 to 10 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it by clicking on the link in the email titled "Good news: your order has been shipped."

Our teams work as quickly as possible so that you don't have to wait too long once your order is placed. Therefore, once your order is shipped, it is no longer possible to modify it.

If you haven't received an email indicating the shipment of your parcel, contact us at hello@fancypalas.com so that we can cancel your order in time.

If you encounter a problem with your delivery, please contact us directly at hello@fancypalas.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

If, despite all the care we take in preparing your order, it arrives damaged, we apologize. Please contact us at hello@fancypalas.com so that we can find a solution together.

Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate the customs fees related to your order. Therefore, they are not included in the price of your jewelry or shipping. You may need to pay them to the relevant services upon receiving your order.

If your order is lost in transit and you have not received it, contact us at hello@fancypalas.com, providing your order number and tracking number so that we can assist you.

Returns and Refunds

We make every effort to ensure that you love our jewelry from the moment you open your package. If you wish to return them for any reason, please contact us at hello@fancypalas.com.

Please note that return costs will be at your expense. Additionally, only unworn and undamaged jewelry can be eligible for a refund.

The amount of return fees varies depending on the country you are in.

Mainland France & Europe: Return fees around €4.

Rest of the world & Overseas Departments and Territories (DROM-COM): Return fees €10.

You have 15 business days to initiate your return request. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept your request.

In case of an issue with your order, contact us at hello@fancypalas.com, providing your order number and explaining the problem encountered.

You have the right to change your mind, so you can exchange your jewelry for another.

If the price of the exchanged jewelry is lower than the first one purchased:

In this case, we will refund you the difference upon receiving the returned jewelry.

If the price of the exchanged jewelry is higher than the first one purchased:

You will need to pay the difference when finalizing your order.

Please note that return costs will be at your expense, as well as the shipping costs for the second piece of jewelry.

We process refunds within 20 business days. Additional banking delays may apply, so we recommend checking with your bank for more information.

If you do not wish to return an order purchased with a gift card, we will refund you with another gift card of equal value to the returned jewelry.

Our refund time frame is 20 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact us at hello@fancypalas.com.

Payment

Here are some tips to prevent your payment from being declined:

  • Verify that your card information is correct.
  • Ensure that the security code is accurate (the 3-digit number on the back of your card).
  • In case of persistent refusal, please contact your bank.
  • Check that your account balance is sufficient.
  • Ensure that your internet connection is stable.

All our payments are secure. You can make your purchases using either a credit card, Apple Pay, or Paypal.

Currently, we do not offer installment payments. Accepted payment methods include your credit card, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

Rest assured, all our transactions are entirely secure, and your information will not be stored. Your banking information is processed by our financial partner Stripe (or Paypal, depending on the chosen payment method), and our teams do not have access to it.

To receive an invoice, contact us at hello@fancypalas.com, and we will promptly send you a detailed invoice.

To use your gift card, simply enter its number at the time of payment. At the top right, under the photo of the jewelry you want to purchase, there is a dedicated space. Enter the gift card number where it says "Discount Code" and press "Validate."

Your gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. So, you have time to choose the jewelry of your dreams.

Jewelry

All our jewelry is made of stainless steel with a gold finish. This metal allows us to guarantee several things:

  • The quality of your jewelry: they will not lose their gold plating.
  • Hypoallergenic jewelry.
  • Jewelry resistant to water, even ocean water.

These reasons led us to choose stainless steel, which we love for its numerous qualities in addition to its unparalleled gold plating.

Yes! They even resist saltwater. Dive into the ocean with your Palas pendant without worry; it will remain impeccable. The resistance also extends to sweat and shower water, preserving the beauty of Palas jewelry.

Although our jewelry is water-resistant, occasional light cleaning may be necessary. Use a soft cloth soaked in soapy water and gently rub to preserve their brilliance.

Adjustable rings can be tightened or enlarged according to your needs.

Closed rings, on the other hand, cannot be modified in size, so please choose your size ☺️.

For Belamar and Santa Precious models: Our medallions and charms are adorned with semi-precious stones that vary depending on the collections.

For Santa and Santo models: Our medallions and charms are surrounded by fancy pearls.

All our jewelry is designed in Paris and assembled by hand in Lisbon, in our workshops. Chic and sunny!
