How long after placing my order can I return my items?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to change your mind and return the jewel(s) to us in its original condition with the order number and the reason for the return. The return shipping costs are at the charge of the customer.

We recommend you a shipment with tracking to avoid any incident of loss or theft. Once the parcel is received, we will proceed to the refund.
I received a defective article, what should I do?
If you received a defective jewel, contact us at email@example.com by sending pictures of the defective jewel and your order number.
What are the reimbursement conditions for an order?
Once the jewel is received and its condition checked, we will proceed to the refund of the order, excluding shipping costs, directly from our site. The refund will be visible on your bank account within a few days.
