Orders are shipped within 48 hours on average from Monday to Friday.
Delivery, count 2 to 5 working days according to the final destination.
Home delivery handled by national carrier La Poste cost 4€.
Free delivery for Europe for orders above 70€

We do not take responsibility for any shipping delay.


Delivery abroad and DOM TOM

Delivery is available all over the world.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours on average from Monday to Friday.
Delivery, count 2 to 10 working days according to the final destination.
Home delivery handled by national carrier: between 10€ and 30€ depending on the destination.
Free delivery in abroad and Dom & Tom for orders above 200€


Custom fees and taxes

For all orders, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the price of the jewelry.
Depending on the country's regulations, customs fees may be charged by the carrier at delivery time.

 

Is it possible to follow my order?

Of course! Once your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with the « View your order » button to let you to your order review page. On this page, you will see your tracking number. By clicking on the number, you will be redirected to the carrier’s site and can follow the progress of your order.
Not seeing this email, sometimes this email can go to spam. 


I still haven't received my order, is this normal?

Make sure you have received your order confirmation email with your order number. In this email, the link "my order" will take you to the summary of your order with the tracking number of your order. By clicking on the number, you will be redirected to the carrier’s site and can follow the progress of your order.
Each order is processed within 2 working days, then shipped from Paris by La Poste. Count 3 to 4 working days for a delivery in France, up to 10 working days for Europe, and a little more for the rest of the world.
Sometimes the carrier may have some delays. 


My order is lost, what can I do?


If your order has been lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@fancypalas.com and share your order number. 


Is it possible to cancel an order?


If the package has not been shipped yet, you can still cancel your order by writing to hello@fancypalas.com. If this period has expired, you can’t cancel the order anymore. However, it is possible to return the jewelry after you receive it and get a refund. The return shipping costs are at the charge of the clients.
